  • How should I wear Mi Moneda?

    Mi Moneda means ‘ My Coin’ in Spanish. Our jewelry is interchangeable and can be combined to your own favorite style combination!

    Choose a pendant, your favorite moneda(s) in the same size as your pendant and choose a necklace. 

    Select your favorite ring, earrings or bracelet, choose your desired XS moneda(s) and you are ready to wear your personalized jewelry! 

  • How can I store my jewelry?

    Make sure your jewelry is stored safely in a soft cover away from light and water. We advice you to not stuff you jewelry together in a box or bag as this may cause scratches. Want to create your own jewelry box for your Mi Moneda jewelry? We have created a DIY for you!

    We do! To see if we ship to your country, select your jewelry, go to the shopping cart and fill out your address. We will calculate the shipping costs for you and you will see the costs in the overview. We ship from the Netherlands, Europe, taxes and duties may be due upon delivery.

    Step 3:

    If you want to exchange the item you have purchased for another item, you can order the new item via our website. When placing a new order, please bear in mind that payment is required in advance.

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, within no more than 14 days following our receipt of the returned item. You will receive email notification from us once we have safely received your returned item. Returns are processed during workdays, between Monday and Friday.

    Costs associated with returning items purchased are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using registered post or track & trace to ensure that the package reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to packages during shipment. Nor will we reimburse the purchase price for any packages that do not reach us. For this reason, we advise against returning any items in stamped envelopes, as these are not traceable or insured. If we have despatched the wrong item to you, we will bear the associated postage costs.

    We make use of the MultiSafepay online payment system. This system permits payment via IDEAL, Credit Card, Bancontact, Carte Bleue, Dankort, BankTransfer, EPS, Maestro, SOFORT Banking, VISA, CartaSi, Giropay, American Express, Dotpay

  • Delivery times

    Orders placed on workdays before 12pm are send within 1 to 3 working days on average*, provided the item is in stock.

    *Exceptional delivery times:
    Personalized items are send within 5 to 10 working days on average.

    Extended delivery times apply on all delivery options during busy periods – for example, around Christmas.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    We do our best to deliver orders as swiftly as possible. If you place your order before 12pm on a workday, we will generally despatch your item on the same day (with the exception of personalized items). This time frame does not generally allow for changes or cancellations to orders. If you would like to ask about the possibility of changing or cancelling an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on the website. If it is not possible to change or cancel an order, you will still have the option of returning it to us (except in the case of personalized items). Please consult our conditions of return for more information.

  • Conditions of guarantee

    • Necklaces, Pendants, Bracelets, Rings & Earrings: 6 months on plating
    • Moneda’s: 3 months on plating
    • Leather: 3 months.

    Not covered by this warranty:

    • Damages (user and/or wearing damages)
    • Broken necklaces
    • Discoloring of rubber & leather

    Magnets

    All of our jewelry suited for XS Moneda’s are manufactured with magnets. Keep magnets away from cardiac pacemakers. Persons with cardiac pacemakers or other devices implanted in their bodies should seek a cardiac specialist’s medical opinion before coming into contact with magnets.

    Tips

    • The silver and silver plated jewelry can be polished with a drop of silverdip.
    • Be careful with the use of creams, lotions, perfumes, medicines and other chemicals as these can affect the pH level of your skin, which could result in the discoloration of your jewelry.
    • Handle your jewelry with care; do not swim, shower, exercise, etc. while wearing your jewelry.
    • If you want to wear more than two pendants, we recommend that you wear a necklace of at least 3 mm.
    • We do not advise wearing any open structured coins, 3D coins and rosegold plated pendants with a second pendant.
    • We advise that you wear open structured coins on a Pendant Deluxe.
    • Keep away from children.

    If you purchased your item via our online store, please email us a photo of your invoice together with a photo of the product to: webshop@mi-moneda.com. We will then process your request and determine whether or not the complaint is covered by the guarantee. Guarantee requests on items for which no original proof of purchase is provided cannot be accepted.

    If you purchased your product from an official Mi Moneda dealer, bring your product and purchase receipt along to the store where you made your purchase. The retailer will process your request and determine whether or not your complaint is covered by the guarantee. Guarantee requests on items for which no original proof of purchase is provided cannot be accepted.

  • Personalized orders

    There are two possible ways of placing a personalized order via our website:

    1. Select a typeface and enter the text/characters in the designated box. You will then see an example of your personalized jewelry.
    2. Upload your own design to the website.

    If it is not technically possible for us to re-create your design, we will be in touch to inform you of this and endeavour to find a solution together. To guarantee the best possible design outcome, we recommend you use one of our templates. Take a photo of the template in daylight or under adequate light, and upload it with your order.

    Personalized items must be paid for in full in advance and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    By sending in a design, all intellectual property rights will be transferred to All Round IP B.V.

    We reserve the right to refuse personalized orders without stating reasons. Possible reasons may be:

    • Violation or infringement of third-party rights
    • A suspicion of infringement of third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights
    • The invoking of negative associations by the contents of the orders, e.g. pornographic purposes, blasphemy, extremist political views, harassment, explicit violence, racism, etc.


    When submitting your own design, you guarantee that the design is not subject to any third-party rights. Infringements, if any, of intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, personality rights or trade name rights will in such event be entirely at your own expense. When placing an order, you also ensure that the individualization of your product does not infringe any other third-party rights either. When placing the order, you hold harmless and indemnify All Round Company Support B.V. all and any third-party losses, liabilities, claims and entitlements on account of infringement of such third-party rights. You will reimburse All Round Company Support B.V. for all and any ensuing costs incurred for their defense as well as for any other damage.
